Over the years, Project HOPE has gained a reputation for financial integrity and efficiency. We take stewardship seriously and we work to maximize the value of every contribution we receive. More than 90 percent of our expended resources - among the highest of all philanthropic organizations - support our life-saving health projects around the world. Less than 10 percent of expended resources go toward management and fundraising costs.

For the year ending June 30, 2008, 92 percent of every dollar raised went to programs and only 8 percent to management and fundraising.
