Volunteers aboard the USNS Comfort again traveled to to Costa Rica in July as part of the U.S. Navy’s Continuing Promise 2011. Along with their Navy counterparts, HOPE medical volunteers provided health education and health care to thousands. In 2010, volunteers also provided care in Costa Rica as part of Continuing Promise 2010. |
