Project HOPE medical volunteers traveled aboard the USS Cleveland to Timor-Leste as part of  Pacific Partnership 2011 (PP 11). PP 11 is Project HOPE’s 22nd mission in the past six years in partnership with the U.S Navy and Department of Defense. Volunteers provided care, health education and humanitarian assistance as part of this four-month mission which also took medical care to the people of Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, Tonga and Vanuatu.
