Shanghai Children’s Medical Center – Project HOPE will continue working with SCMC to provide ongoing training for the hospital’s own staff and to further enhance its capacity to develop physicians and nurses from other hospitals. Hubei HIV/AIDS Professional Education – Project HOPE began a program to train selected physicians, nurses, and other health care workers with the highest level of interest and experience with HIV/AIDS, and the greatest likelihood of caring for high volumes of people living with HIV/AIDS in their clinical care settings.  These professionals will participate in intensive training and will also learn instructional techniques that will allow them to facilitate training for additional colleagues, continuing the cascade of health care providers to be trained throughout the province in the next phases.
