Asia and The Middle East : Jordan

Project HOPE is helping the Royal Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan establish a women’s health clinic in southern Jordan, scheduled to open in 2008. The center will be dedicated to improving the health of women of all ages through the provision of care, adolescent-friendly health services, and community outreach. Initial programs will focus on health education/life style and health behavior; adolescent health; counseling; and prevention and early detection of breast cancer and cervical cancers.
