Perinatal Center of Excellence program – This new three-year program, which just recently launched, will build the capacity of a network of primary, secondary and tertiary health care facilities in the Brasov region to significantly reduce perinatal mortality and morbidity and to serve as a model for high quality perinatal care in the country.
