Jenny Xu joined Project HOPE’s Shanghai, China staff in 2008 and currently serves as Program Director for Respiratory Health. Jenny is responsible for developing and implementing the China Alliance for Respiratory Disease (CARD) program. She also supervises the Pediatric Asthma program. In addition, Jenny works closely with other staff in the Shanghai office to develop new programs and to ensure that ongoing programs achieve their objectives and goals. She provides expertise in Maternal and Child Health, Non-communicable Diseases and cancer care in China as well.
“Through our current respiratory disease program, we donate and distribute medical equipment to more than 10,000 hospitals in China, covering all 32 provinces in mainland China, which will benefit millions of patients,” says Jenny Xu. “Patient accessibility to diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases is in the process of improving tremendously.”
