Mental Health & Resilience Training Program | Registration
The Mental Health & Resilience Training Program is an initiative to provide healthcare workers with knowledge, tools and techniques to support and maintain their wellbeing and their resilience to be able to continue the fight against COVID-19.
The program is a Training of Trainers (ToT) model — based on a curriculum developed by New York City Health & Hospitals — where healthcare workers are expected to attend and spread the knowledge to their colleagues. The material addresses the following topics:
Stress, trauma & resiliency
Personal and professional wellness
Impact of COVID on the mental health of healthcare workers
Seeking help for ourselves & others
Resilience & wellness program development
With the generous funds of several donors, this program is being implemented in more than 40 different countries worldwide including multiple clinics in the US.
