Linda McGoldrick, Ph.D.

Linda McGoldrick is a global business strategy leader and policy expert in the health care, life sciences industries, and consumer financial services industries. She has spent her entire 30-year career working at the CEO level, in both senior executive and advisory roles – as a CEO, consultant, and independent board member of numerous U.S. and European companies. Ms. McGoldrick has been ranked by The Financial Times as one of the Top 100 Board Directors in areas of compensation. She often speaks on international governance topics as well as innovations in healthcare, global health and life sciences.
She has guided a full spectrum of companies from startup to multinational corporations in developing new and expanding across existing geographic markets, providing deep expertise in navigating complex financial and health care regulatory environments in the U.S., Greater Europe, Middle East, and Asia, including emerging markets.
She brings to her board and advisory assignments particular strategic acumen in building and restructuring multi-country organizations; global business and product development,
regulatory, marketing, digital health, technology, and new venture promotion; financial and turnaround management; and mergers, acquisitions and both private and public partnerships and alliances. She holds a qualification in Cyber Security from the U.S. Naval War College.
Ms. McGoldrick holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; an MSW in Health Care from the University of Pennsylvania; and a BA in Sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University; and in currently working on her Ph.D. dissertation in Global Health and Non-communicable diseases. Her passion for building alliances and partnerships across cultures deepens her knowledge and impact to meet healthcare needs internationally. As a dual US and UK national, she has brought her health care, life science industry expertise to more than a dozen governments, not-for-profit and educational institutions, foundations nationally, as a board member and ministerial appointee.
