The conflict and the devastating flooding in Adamawa state has rapidly increased the humanitarian needs of the people in and around the conflict and flooding zones. Further worsening the situation was the reported outbreak of Cholera in many parts of the state that underscored the need for Health, Nutrition and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions. Project HOPE conducted an assessment. This report presents the summary of results from the assessment exercises.
