Give HOPE with a Gift in Your Will
For more than 65 years, Project HOPE has transformed the health and well-being of people and communities around the world. We work hand-in-hand with local health workers and health systems across five continents to provide urgent relief and transformative solutions that drive lasting impact.
We believe local health workers are the backbone of strong health systems. When every second counts in an emergency, we deliver the tools and training they need to provide care.
A gift in your will ensures that health care workers around the world have the support they need to save lives.

Ways to Give

A Gift in Your Will or Living Trust
Make a lasting impact
Leaving a gift or bequest to Project HOPE is simple. You can designate a percentage of your estate, a specific dollar amount, or a percentage of what remains after your loved ones are provided for.
To ensure your gift reaches us, please use the following wording in your will or trust document.
“I give [description of gift] to Project HOPE, The People-to-People Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Washington, DC Federal Tax ID #53-0242962, for its general use and purpose.”

Gifts By Beneficiary Designation
An easy way to make a meaningful gift – without changing your will

To get started, simply request a beneficiary form from your financial institution. Use the following information when naming Project HOPE as a beneficiary:

Benefits of a CRT:
- Steady income stream for yourself or your beneficiaries

A charitable donation that gives back to you
When you purchase a charitable gift annuity (CGA), you make a cash gift (minimum $10,000) to Project HOPE. We agree to pay you a fixed income for life. After your lifetime, the remaining funds stay with Project HOPE to support our mission. Charitable gift annuities are available to individuals who are over 65 years of age.
Benefits of a CGA:
- Steady income stream for the rest of your life
- Immediate charitable income tax deduction
- Potential for a portion of the income stream to be tax-free
