Mandy Luety

Mandy Luety and her team provide support for employees around the globe, ranging from recruitment to performance reviews, learning, employee relations, policy development, facilities management, benefits, compensation, travel, and volunteer coordination. The human resources team collaborates with staff around the globe and works to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.

Luety admires and respects the work that Project HOPE does globally and provides a bright light for those it supports. She believes that Project HOPE can have an effect that will affect future generations of the families Project HOPE supports.

Before joining Project HOPE, Luety worked for a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community, supporting resident activities and their operations associate program, which is where she found her passion for human resources. She supported the community’s recruitment program and fell in love with the human resources operations. She joined Project HOPE in 2006 as an assistant recruiter, supporting the recruiters and the organization’s volunteer program.

Luety graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management.
