Mr. Marcello is a Principal in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Consulting practice, and he has over 20 years of experience. He is the Firm’s National Biopharmaceutical Segment Leader working with Firm leaders to bring innovative consulting, advisory, tax, and audit services to our Life Sciences clients and develop strategic solutions that help them stay ahead of industry challenges and breakthrough technologies.
He has served over 20 Life Science clients, and his experience includes developing and executing strategic and operational initiatives broadly across the Life Sciences value chain. Mr. Marcello has led the development and assessment of innovative collaborations for discovery and early development, global operating strategy development and execution, and market expansion organically and through M&A.
He has held many leadership roles in Life Sciences and across our Firm, and he currently serves as the Global Lead Client Service Partner and Global Lead Consulting Partner to Merck & Co.
Mr. Marcello holds an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School where he was a Park Leadership Fellow, and he also has an MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Rochester.
Ralph proudly serves as the Treasurer and Vice Chair of the Resource Development and Communications Committee at Project HOPE.
