Chief Compliance Officer
Thelvis Pascuzzo is the Chief Compliance Officer at Project HOPE. She holds a law degree from Universidad Santa María in Caracas and brings more than 20 years of experience in compliance, legal management, and organizational development.
She leads the organization’s global ethics and compliance function, overseeing compliance, risk management, investigations, and accountability initiatives across complex humanitarian and operational environments.
With experience supporting local and international NGOs in high-risk settings, Thelvis has developed and implemented compliance frameworks aligned with U.S. government regulations, international humanitarian standards, and local legal requirements. She is recognized for fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and ethical leadership across diverse teams and global operations.
