2025 Annual Report

A Year of More

2025 was a year of change and disruption. As global health and humanitarian resources grew more constrained, we were required to do more with less, adapt to shifting funding, and respond to growing needs.

Through it all, our teams remained steadfast. With your support, we went further, reached deeper, and acted with greater urgency and purpose. We reached more than 4.8 million people. We saved more lives. We stood alongside more communities through their most difficult moments.

Again and again, you helped make MORE possible.

This report captures what we achieved, from keeping health clinics open in Gaza to reaching communities after a deadly earthquake in Myanmar and expanding mental health support in Ukraine.

The challenges ahead remain complex. But last year showed what’s possible when we meet them together.
